Join resident storyteller Gav Cross, who will be weaving tales of wonder to delight all our guests on the last day of the festival!
You can drop-in any time, and there is no need to book – just prepare for stories that are exciting and dynamic, fantastic and enchanting.
From a background in teaching Drama & Theatre in Cheshire, Gav is now a digital storyteller, freelance director, actor, workshop leader and trainer. Gav has worked with many theatre companies and educational establishments, in various guises, including: Edge Hill University, University of Chester, Liverpool Institute for Performing Arts, Action Transport, Off the Ground, The Chester Gateway, The Chester Mystery Plays, Theatre in the Quarter, Walk the Plank, Jigsaw Music Theatre, & The Everyman Theatre, Liverpool. Currently he is enjoying developing an immersive approach to digital storytelling in schools and beyond…
As well the commitment to story, community theatre and performance, Gav also works in the development of services for children with disabilities, where a creative background and the ability to improvise has come in handy on many occasions!
